Convenience Cards: Confirm room and date required with card number over phone or email.

Cash payments:
Once room date is confirmed as available forward check including Vermont lodging tax within seven days of reservation call.
Finalize reservation settlement balance with cash or check.

Reservation not confirmed:
Once seven days has lapsed from date of booking reservation confirmed status will be cancelled.

Confirmed reservation:
Email is primary method confirming guest reservations noting arrival and departure dates upon receipt of check.
Please forward clear email address with check.

Guest bedrooms: Located on second and third floor levels.

Children: Twelve or older, require separate rooms.

Cancellation policy: Please don't however if you must.

Refund granted on deposit when cancellations are made fourteen(14)
days prior to scheduled arrival date.

Less than fourteen(14) days notice prior to your arrival date your
deposit will be returned, less a $25.00 processing fee-only if we are 
able to re-book entire reservation.
