Seasonal Room Rates
Attractive Daily Rates: Commence at $119.00 to $159.00
Fees are per evening, per room, two guests
Includes full served signature breakfast.
Maximum Occupancy: Two guests per room
Rates: Exclude applicable Vermont state lodging taxes.
Settlement:
Traveler and Approved Personal Checks preferred.
Credit Cards accepted: Visa, MC and Amex.
Convenience fee added to payments.
Seasonal Guide:
Quiet period: January through March
Semi quiet period: April, May, November and December
Moderate period: June through September 15
Foliage period: September 16 through October*
*Weekends require two evening stay

Rates slightly higher during Middlebury College graduation, alumni and homecoming weekends, special event weekends, some three day holiday weekends and foliage season.

In event deposit check is not received within seven (7) days;
reservation
will be cancelled without further notification.
Cancellation
policy: Please don't however if you
must.
Refund granted on deposit when cancellations are made fourteen(14)
days prior to scheduled arrival date.
Less than fourteen(14) days notice prior to your arrival date your
deposit will be returned, less a $25.00 processing
fee-only if we are
able to re-book the entire
reservation.

Arrange travel itinerary to arrive prior to 9:00pm office closing.
Rosebelle’s is recommended for adults seeking a tranquil environment.
Not appropriate for children under age twelve.

Check-in between 3:00pm and 9:00pm.
Check-out at 10:30am.
